IYA, a.k.a. NRoxanne is a Dutch based DJ and producer. Active in the music industry since 2013.

“I would like to describe my sound as groovy techno with the focus on deep, vivacious and compelling tracks, which have something serious about it. I try to close all of my sets with hardgroove tracks. In the first place I was planning to do it also, but gradually I worked towards a different kind of sound and it worked better for me. Despite this, I do think that the mixtape worked out really well.
Even if you planned something beforehand and it won’t go as you had in mind, it doesn’t matter as long as you’re satisfied in the end. More or less, go with the flow and trust on your intuition. The goal is nothing, the movement is everything.”

Opener: Closed System Power - Robert Lippok
I always like to open my techno sets with a kind of mysterious and atmospheric sound, which makes you curious about what’s yet to come.

The Bridge - EOYYV 6:13
I recently found out about this artist and I’ve been following him since. His sound is very clean, groovy and yet simple. “Less is more” really applies to all of his productions.

The Message (2021 Rawmix) - Gaston Zani 30:42
I actually see this track as the start of a point of no return. I always like to have a buildup in a mix, no matter how long the set. You need to hear some difference in energy when comparing the beginning with the end, while keeping the same groove.
