“Techno music and parties can be a really good treatment if you have problems with opening up or expressing yourself. I would recommend it to everyone who ever experienced problems with this. If the beats are really intense I kind of get lost. I don’t think about who is watching me or how people see me. Just dancing and feeling free.
The music is heavy and happy at the same time. It’s very diverse and it’s also what I experience with myself: having different moods. When I have a lot of things on my mind and I go dance for a night, the morning after I feel like everything is in order again. It gives me a psychological recharge”
